• University Education( Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering departments or relevant).
• Experience in Customer Service, preferably in an automotive supplier multinational.
• Having analytical mindset, creative, good planning skills.
• Excellent command of MS-Office applications,especially Excel, SAP SD Module knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in International/Intercultural company and leadership experience is an asset.
• Solution oriented approach for customers and other internal departments required.
• Resilience, high team orientation and willingness to travel.
• Troubleshooting, decision and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication, organization and time management skills.
• Open for changes and passionate for innovation.
• Fluent knowledge of English is mandatory.
• No Military service obligation required for male candidates.

• Providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage and control relationships with customers.
• Managing customer supply from forecasts info until delivery of the products on time.
• Following up customer orders and making the order management and analyze of forecasts.
• Arrangement of shipments and preparation of delivery notes and sales invoices with customer service team.
• Inventory management and analyses through reorder points for VMI serviced and consignment managed
customers.
• Communicating with customers about orders, information requests, price inquiries, follow up of due payments
in accordance with accounting department.
Planning and executing national and international Customer Visits.
• Providing support for central sales and marketing units at Headquarters.
• Management of 5S and Kaizen activities within customer service department.
• Preparing routine and extra needed reports for Customer service and Sales department.
