QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Lenusmed Health Tourism is currently seeking a professional candidate to join our team at our office in Altunizade, Üsküdar. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (preferably in Human Resources Management or a related field)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR functions, with a strong focus on recruitment and internal communication
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical skills and customer-oriented communication
  • Organized with proactive follow-up abilities
  • Excellent time management, meeting deadlines consistently
  • Problem-solving skills, comfortable collaborating across departments and escalating issues when necessary
  • Systematic and consistent work approach
  • Effective interpersonal skills and communication abilities
  • High energy and adaptability to a dynamic environment
  • Team player with a cooperative attitude
  • Demonstrates integrity, ethics, and trustworthiness
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Male candidates must have completed military service obligations
  • Residency in Istanbul

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both office and operational staff, including drafting and posting job listings, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, creating candidate pools, conducting interviews, administering assessments, overseeing reference checks, and finalizing hires
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new employees' smooth integration and engagement
  • Maintain and update job descriptions to reflect evolving organizational needs
  • Oversee internal communication processes to foster a collaborative work environment
  • Support talent management and performance evaluation processes
  • Develop and implement HR projects aligned with company objectives and requirements
  • Prepare, update, and distribute HR procedures, policies, guides, and forms
  • Conduct various HR-related surveys and report findings to management
