QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Lenusmed Health Tourism company is seeking a colleague who will be located in our office in Altunizade, Üsküdar, with the following qualifications:


Requirements:

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree from accredited institutions.
  • Proficiency in English language skills including speaking, writing, reading, and comprehension. Fluency in a second language is advantageous.
  • Previous experience within the Health Industry and/or International Patient Relations is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and patiently address patient inquiries.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in follow-up procedures, planning, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, coupled with a positive attitude.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to handle crisis situations and manage processes effectively.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite and prior experience with CRM software is a plus.


Job Description:

As a 'Customer Experience Specialist,' your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing post-operative follow-up processes for patients.
  • Providing comprehensive information to patients regarding post-operative procedures and expectations.
  • Conducting satisfaction surveys with patients, evaluating results, and generating reports.
  • Utilizing digital platforms to gather feedback from patients and ensure their satisfaction with post-operative care.
  • Monitoring customers' progress post-operation and identifying those requiring additional interventions or procedures, facilitating their return to our agency.
  • Engaging patients in collaborative processes to expand our network of reference patients.
