Quality Assurance Manager

Key responsibilities are:

· Manage the creation, publication and updating of quality assurance plans in the company's projects.

· Plan, monitor, report, improve and manage the test operations and processes carried out in projects within the company.

· Determine the testing needs of the projects, planning and managing procurement of resources to meet those needs, managing the identification and use of test equipment and tools.

· Define and prioritize risk management objectives and quality assurance viewpoints and take an active role in the creation and implementation of risk avoidance plans.

· In addition to the pre-determined periodic reports, it is responsible for preparing and submitting additional reports which will be requested by itself in case of need.

· Establish appropriate mechanisms to improve the quality processes, and supervising and developing the operation of these mechanisms.

Reuired qualifications are:

· BA/BS degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.

· Deep knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases.

· 6+ years of relevant work experience, including development and/or test automation experience.

· At least 2 years of team management

· Test automation experience with Selenium WebDriver, Robotium and/or other frameworks and languages.

· Experience with Load / Performance / Security testing

· Knowledge of JIRA, Testrail or other project/test management suites

· Have strong agile testing mindset; focus on team goals and customer value

· Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
