QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
Minimum 10 years of HR experience, people management and managerial experience in last position.
Excellent command of English both written and verbal is a must.
Experienced in recruiting, training and development, employee relations, labor law and regulations.
Project management skills and ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and projects
Experience in blue collar is a strong asset,
Experience of implementing HR systems is a strong asset,
Experience of managing budget is a strong asset,
Ability to lead, support, train and empower the team,
Experience in multi-cultural organization is a plus,
Energetic, proactive, extroverted nature and ability to communicate and establish strong relations with all levels of the organization,
Ability to travel.
Military service must be completed for male candidates.
