QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We’ re seeking for a “ Finance Director” for our client who will report to the Employer directly and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. 

General Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field from reputable universities (MBA is plus), 
  • Minimum 15 years of work experience and currently holding a high level of role in finance and accounting,  
  • Experienced in reputable audit firms is must, 
  • Very good knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles,
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, relationship and interpersonal skills,
  • Developed management skills as an excellent leader, strategic perspective with business / customer oriented thinking and acting, 
  • Strong problem solving, result oriented, creative skills and the ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision- making, 
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with division managers, the company board of directors, banks, tax authorities and auditors, 
  • Advance knowledge and experience of MS Office applications,
  • Completed military service obligation (for male candidates). 

Job Descriptions:

  • Overall control and responsibility for all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of company, 
  • Expected to analyses figures and implement recommendations based on these findings, with the most profitable outcomes, provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives, 
  • Work with various departments for internal audit process and ensure that effective internal controls of all divisions of the company, 
  • Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts, 
  • Managing and leading a team through difficult periods including month end, year end and annual reporting, budgeting, 
  • Analyse the financial climate and market trends to assist Employer in creating strategic plans for the future, 
  • Seek out methods and practices to minimise financial risk, · Able to create strategic business scenarios, 
  • Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation, 
  • Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed, Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions, 
  • Prepare official reports on a monthly and annual basis and report directly to Employer.
