Administration and Finance Manager

We are looking for an Administration and Finance Manager, who will be in charge of

• Month end close and journal posting. 
• Timely and orderly payment of suppliers.
• Month end reconciliations for bank, debtors, creditors, and tax accounts.
• To ensure that all bank accounts and credit card statements are regularly reviewed and reconciled.
• Carrying out the ordinary purchases and supervise the extraordinary ones at the Work Places.
• Petty cash and employee expenses.
• Review monthly revenue and prepare turnover reports. 
• To ensure that the Company’s legal responsibilities are met. Keeping up to date with current tax legal/and regulatory requirements and ensuring that all financial transactions are conducted in line with relevant tax legislation.
• Preparation, review and filing of tax returns in an efficient and accurate manner to ensure timely submission of tax returns and payment of taxes.
• Preparing and reviewing tax provisions to meet quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements.
• To supervise the production of monthly payroll, salary payments and records.
• Have a budgetary plan tailored to the Company’s needs and allowing expenditure control and analysis.
• Budgetary compliance and correction of deviations from the established budget.
• Controlling necessary expenses ensuring consistency in both their volume and their accounting.
• Maintain fixed asset register. 
• Assist with the development and implementation of procedures, internal controls and system improvements.
• Preparation of financial reports on request.
• Preparation of cash flow forecasts.
• Analysis and reporting of monthly Profit and Loss account movements.
• Balance sheet control and reconciliation.
• Assist external auditors for year-end audit and tax consultants for tax declaration purposes.
• Other ad hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration and Management, Public Accountancy, Finances.
• Further education in Business Direction and Management or MBA would be desirable.
• Having a certified public accountant degree is a must.
• At least 7-8 years experience in an Accounting and Finance Department is a must.
• Knowledge of commercial, accountant and tax laws. Knowledge of anti-money laundering will be valuable.
• Experience in budgetary design and control.
• Management of suppliers and purchases.
• Fluency in English and Turkish is a requirement for the position,
