Groupe Atlantic Site of İzmir (LARTH) is looking for a new Method Engineer!

Today  the  Group  is looking for new team member for it's Site of İzmir which is moving to the Gaziemir Agean Free Zone plant and with 350 employees, specialized in towel dryers production to support the company’s growth.

Qualifications:

- B.S. degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering

- Good knowledge of lean management methodologies

- Enthusiastic to work in dynamic, continuous improvement & work environment

- Preferably certified in Method-Time Measurement (MTM)

- Very good command of English

Job Description:

- Analyzing the work flow by means of work & time studies

- Defining machine & operator capacity, assure line balancing for cadence, quality and safety

- Defining method time of new projects and being part of new lines with project team

- Ergonomic analysis and improvements for lines & new projects

- Analyzing the work flow & improving work place design

- Applying the rules of movement savings

- Improving work conditions & productivity and quality
