QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

What we expect;
4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English,
Strong digital mindset
1 to 3 years of marketing, social media and community management, CRM, data and website management, and execution experience in FMCG,
Strong communication skills
Defining Search and Communication strategy, you will be expected to develop innovative and meaningful content for brand owned platforms, based on DMI input. You will be developing local CRM brand strategy, performing (incl. content creation, e.g. newsletters) and monitors CRM campaigns, along with the Social & Advocacy Brand Manager and in coordination with other brands. You will also track KPIs defined for CRM, manage and monitor data acquisition strategy (using all levers: points of sale, social media…) in line with the Division / Group recommendation, assisting database growth to enable high value targeted retention campaigns.
Defining social media strategy by network, based on DMI guidelines and annual brand plan, you will ensure community management, capture, select and approve consumer/ customer generated content.
You will be owning the relationship with influencers (identification, contact strategy, influencer events…), activating online community to maximize reach via content generation, executing CRM campaigns.
You will be expected to drive insights out of Social CRM Manages reviews and ratings programs and submit products for review and ratings.
You need to have;
You need to have strong communication skills and negotiation skills because you willcooperate with highly passionate and innovativefunctional and cross functional teams such as sales, finance, business development etc. With your strong analytical thinking you will be able to analyze market and consumer data, as a core member of the team you will have strong sensitivity for beauty because our marketing team creates the best local and global initiations in beauty industry.
