What we expect;

4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English,

Minimum 3 years of marketing, brand development and execution experience in FMCG,

Make-up knowledge or personal interest is an important asset,

Your first priority will be brand image and awareness buildup by driving new product launches and pushing all segments through,

You will be responsible for digital projects & events, with an interactive & consumer centric model; focusing on customer satisfaction & value, bringing innovation and answering expectations, to always create more engagement & brand excitement.

You will lead all agency partners for Integrated Marketing Communication process of the brand and develop creative, qualitative and appropriate content & features/ functionalities to support the brand’s or project’s ambition.

In addition, you will implement the retail strategy working hand-in-hand with the retail and education team and ensure the proper implementation of retail materials (services, advice, etc.). You will be also responsible from all free standing stores in terms of marketing &all animations.
