QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Liase with local authorities to answer regular or ad-hoc queries, assist with following up operations at the government offices, escalate pending matters to respective management members in due time.
  • Liase with agencies to follow up and coordinate for company fleet requirements such as booking cars in due course, car maintenance, KM readings, traffic fines, and regular reporting to the management.
  • Coordinate with third parties such as catering firms, car rental agencies, public administration agencies. Research for new network as and when required.
  • Support logistic activities for all KWS employees, visitors and the management such as following up visa application process with the agencies, booking accommodation and transportation.
  • Administer and lead all archiving activities of the company in line with data privacy rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments for ad-hoc or regular reporting assignments, paperwork handling such as scanning invoices on OCR machine, process improvement projects, onboarding and offboarding activities, personnel matters  with KWS Türk employees and communication with local authorities as and when required.
  • General office admin duties such as monitoring office supplies, answering calls, delivering couriers, distributing parcels, e-mails, faxes, and official correspondence in confidence to respective staff and management.
  • Supporting personnel matters with activities such as collecting, controlling, reporting and archiving travel allowances claims, attendance reports, leave applications and similar data and documents.
  • Prepare and deliver management reports under various subjects as required, in due quality standards and deadlines.
  • Support coordination of training activities and personnel events.
  • Assist Business Support Coordinator with facility management , third party relations, developing supplier network, andad-hoc duties as and when required.

Skills and Core Compentencies Required:

  • Residing in Eskişehir or willing to relocate.
  • Bachelor's Degree on Business Administration or similar fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience, ideally in global companies.
  • Fluent Turkish and English language skills, reading, writing and speaking.
  • Advanced user of MS Office programmes. SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Tech savy and keen with researching.
  • Adaptable to flexible working schedule when required.
  • No restrictions to travel.
  • Problem solver, takes initiatives.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Continous learner, thrives to develop and progress within the organization.
  • High level of internal and external customer focus.
