Production & Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a team member with the following characteristics and responsibilities to work as a "Production & Maintenance Manager" for our group company abroad.

What are the requirements?

• Graduated from engineering departments, especially from mechanical, electrical and electronic, automotive and industrial engineering,
• Advanced level of English,
• Having knowledge and experience MS Office,
• Experienced in SAP Program,
• At least 10 years management experience in Automotive industry,
• Analytical thinking, result-oriented, team player, strong communication and problem-solving skills & knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques,
• Able to direct and manage production & perform workforce planning, capacity planning, line balancing management and maintenance,
• Responsible for budget and investments of the department,
• Strong leading skills, careful follow-up of work and a developed sense of responsibility,
• Able to live and residence abroad.

• Managing production and maintenance
• Coordinating the relations of affiliated departments within themselves and with other departments (quality, logistics, purchasing, human resources...)
• Setting targets for related departments, monitoring them and acting regarding deviations.
• To guarantee the quality of products, compliance with costs and deadlines by using the organization and the inputs in the best possible way.
• Creating good communication and peaceful work environment among employees
• Detecting technical problems and taking actions
• Determining the investment needs of affiliated departments, preparing the investment summary, obtaining approval and having it done.
• Giving feedback to employees for continuous improvement and follow-up development
• To make organizations for having the team constantly dynamic, identifying their training needs and to have them trained.
