 We are now taking applications for Merger & Acquisitions Analyst in our Deal Advisory team.

Qualifications:

-          Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; preferably an MSc degree from an accredited college/university, with a Finance, Business or Economics concentration

-          1-2 years of experience in within a professional services and/or relevant industry firm, investment bank, private equity, corporate finance or deal advisory

-          Knowledge of M&A transactions and the trends in the market

-          Knowledge in general M&A scope and documentation such as information memorandum, teaser, valuation, due diligence process, SPA and SHA

-          Business modeling and financial analysis skills

-          Excellent command of English

-          Skills in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet modeling, use of Microsoft PowerPoint are prerequisites

-          Team working and communication skills

-          Preferably military service obligation completed for male candidates

Responsibilities:

-          Is given accountability for specific defined work assignments/engagements, completing  all tasks that meet the team’s and client’s expectations

-          Perform company and market analysis in various sectors

-          Prepare teasers, information memorandums, pitch books and other marketing documents

-          Work on client engagement teams executing M&A advisory services which support key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for transactions

-          Identifying KPIs of various sectors, analysis of financial tables, preparing financial models and valuation analysis

-          Demonstrates commitment to obtaining technical capabilities relevant to the service  line

-          Specialize in a key sector and gain deep knowledge in this area

-          Uses analytical skills to articulate the client's issues and needs

-          Works collaboratively, assisting with anything that needs to be done, cooperating with  people who have a diverse range of skills, styles and approaches
