Business Development Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering departments
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in business development area, i.e. business planning, market intelligence, business operations and CRM
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability
• Knowledge of business analytics, statistics, project management, monitoring and reporting
• Effective communication skills and a good team player
• Manages challenges in deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of computer skills required, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Long-term target of future career opportunities in business development department
• Fluency in written and spoken English

İŞ TANIMI

Directly reports to Business Development Managers in following areas:
-

• Provide active support to implementation of functions’ business development plans and other specific business development projects of business units.
• Take active role in account management, targeting, opportunity management and market research
• Provide support to project planning and status follow up with partners for new services
• Support professional client teams in preparation and access to client materials (proposals and client presentations, corporate presentations)
• Take ownership of data, analyze & share with relevant stakeholders.
• Answer the ad-hoc requests from business units.
• Follow up of action plans and to take active role in reporting of the abovementioned business processes.
