QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from university
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Fluent in English, and Russian is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of SQL installation and configuration
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools installation & troubleshooting
  • Good Knowledge of ITIL principals (Incident, Request, Problem and Change management)
  • Field experience supporting a variety of technologies and services
  • Advanced technical abilities including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Client and Server operating systems
  • Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure
  • Can work both independently and in a collaborative team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential information

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation's international/internal stores and head offices environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

  • Client OS/Peripherals troubleshooting
  • Handling different Client and Server Operating Systems (Windows 7-8-10-11, MAC Os.x, Linux, Windows Server 2012-2016-2022)
  • Performing Hardware and Software Installation (understanding of deployment tools like SCCM)
  • Cash Desk, Printer, Handheld terminal, People Counter like devices troubleshooting

More than 4 years of experience
Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
