QUALIFICATIONS

• Min 8 years’ experience in the field of customer service, export operation or logistics.
• University degree in related departments
• Have a good knowledge and experience on custom legislation and foreign trade operations
• Good communication and problem solving ability,
• Have a strong customer relationship management skill,
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs,
• SAP knowledge is a plus,
• Fluent English skill, both written and spoken
• No military obligation for male candidates

DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate Export Operation processes
• Manage order form process with keeping updated according to master data changes, list/delist updates, price updates etc.
• Manage foreign trade data requirements, generating export documents in corporate systems.
• Prepare and check export transport documentation for land/air/sea freights

• Organize booking details and communicate with customers to arrange shipments on time n time about shipments
• Manage information flow with transporters, forwarders and custom agents.
• Coordinate day to day shipment operations of air freight/sea freight etc in accordance to legal requirements

• Manage weekly Export operation meeting to plan & coordinate weekly shipment capacity & order preparation capacity
• Have a good knowledge and experience on Letter of Credit.
• Coordinate information flow of orders&shipments between all internal relevant departments,
• Manage & solve customers’ queries and complaints (deadlines, shortages, information etc) on time
• Preparing KPI reports with analyzing them to achieve on success
