QUALIFICATIONS

• M.Sc or Ph.D degree in Chemical Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years experience in related fields,
• Preferably having working experience in polymerization, engineering plastics, compounding, rubber products,
• Project engineering and/or management experience is an asset,
• Good statistical analysis knowledge for data analysis and modelling (e.g. 6 sigma training, FEA),
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Advanced computer skills; Excellent user of MS Office programs,
• Strong communication skills, team worker as well as a team leader,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, fast in action but with detailed planning, 
• Self motivated, positive and energetic, creative, eager to learn continuously,
• Customer oriented and problem solver,
• No restriction to travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Main responsibility will be compounding projects as a new business.
• Preparation of new polymeric recipes for engineering plastic compounds. Launching process principles, process & test equipment design for related compounding material production.
• Performing lab and pilot trials, evaluating test results.
• Facilitates, plans and implement projects related compounding.
