''WE are seeking a Customer Sales Representative to reinforce our Sales Operation, EMEA Team.''

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, MBA degree is a plus,
  • New graduated or maximum 2 years experience in customer oriented processes in B2B companies,
  • Experience in export, customs and logistics operations with foreign trade legislation knowledge,
  • Analytical thinking, result-oriented, enthusiastic, problem solving, customer orientation skills, 
  • Self-motivated, positive, energetic and eager to learn continuously,  
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, preferably also in German,
  • Experience in SAP is an asset, 
  • Preferably located in Kocaeli,
  • No restrictions to travel abroad.


İŞ TANIMI

  • “Order management process” for customers; collecting orders, planning and dispatching (including documentation and transportation),
  • Costumer Forecast Management System 
  • Customer relations on order bases,
  • Coordinating internal proccesses according to customer expectations (planning, purchasing, sales),
  • Coordinating logistics, forwarding, and customs activities until the product reach to customer,
  • Responsible for documentation of foreign trade & local sales activities,
  • Order related ERP applications,
  • Ownership of reporting and recording of customer complaints,
  • Developing projects to increase customer satisfaction via involving related internal processes and/or third parties.
