Konica Minolta Turkey started its operations in 2012, offers services, devices and applications in office and professional printing areas. 
 We are looking for an experienced " Business Development Manager " for our growing organization.

• Development, initiation and communication of marketing activities in Sales Channels
• Negotiation and definition of pricing structure and processes•    
• Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancement
• Prepare and adapt product documents, sales tools, etc to drive result
• Develop pricing proposals and product policies
• Contact with suppliers of third party additions
•  Adapt product marketing plans to the local conditions and executes it
• Creates and executes event campaigns to generate product awareness and deman
• Executes product launches
• Liaise with CorpCom / MarCom to promote product
• Support sales and other departments with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertis
• Conduct product presentations and support fairs
• Develop sales tools and sales training materia
• Supply sales with latest research and marketing information
• Implement marketing plan in conjunction with all departments
• Drive ongoing improvement in sales and profitability
• Support for the development of all sales channels from a marketing perspective
•  Independent development and maintenance of special tools for Sales
• Responsible for managing the assigned products throughout the product lifecycle from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives

Requirements to this position:

• University degree in related fields
• Very good knowledge written and spoken of English language 
• Preferably experienced the printing anpd document workflow or IT Services industry
• Experience in product management 
• ERP & CRM (MS Dynamics) knowledge 
• Interest in technology &IT industry and technical understanding
• Good knowledge of MS-Office applications especially Excel
• Analytical thinking and quick learning capability
• Strong communication skills
• Strong team player
• Creative and show initiative to develop & propose plan & ideas
• Willingness to travel Country & Europe-wide
• Military service should be completed for male candidates
