QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• University degree in Engineering (preferably Environmental Engineering)
• Level C or above Occupatonal Health and Safety Expert Certificate
• Good knowlegde in ISO 45001 and 14001 Management Systems
• Minimum 6 years of experience in HSE, especially at field operations in retail or logistics,
• Very good knowledge about working at heights, lifting operations, risk assesments, root cause analysis and third party relations, hazardous and non-hazardous waste management,
• Very good command of written and spoken in English

What you could do for as a HEALTH&SAFETY and ENVIRONMENTAL SUPERVISOR 

• NEBOSH certificate is prefereable
• Driver licence (B) and active driver
• Organizes and manages the HSE
• Assesses the HSE risks with the site team according to the planned work
• Ensures that periodical HSE measurement and monitoring activities, as per legislation
• Monitors and controls subcontractor’s HSE performance and conducts periodic HSE meetings on site
• Trains and coaches site staff according to HSE instructions
• Stops any activities under immediate risky situations and supports operational management to set-up safe conditions
• Organizes the HSE committies with senior management every two months
• Participates Koç Holding HSE committies every month
• Participates Kingfisher HSE meetings
• Prepares HSE reports for Kingfisher, Koç Holding and senior management and takes actions
• Contacts with appointed OSGB service consultants as necessary by legislation, and ensures that they comply with legislation requirements
