• University degree in Engineering,
  
• 2 years of relevant professional experience in PLC programming (Siemens S7), AC and Servo drives, SCADA systems.
  
• Experience in industrial maintenance and weak current systems are a plus,
  
• Knowledge on industrial communication and network systems.
  
• One of the key players of the continuous improvement process,
  
• Demonstrate professionalism, independent and organized thinking, tenacity, proactive "get it done" attitude,
  
• Produce regular technical and operational reports and deliver presentations,
  
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines,
  
• Excellent communication skills, problem solving/analytical skills,
  
• Flexible, autonomous with the ability to identify immediate priorities and possess excellent time management skills,
  
• Recommend improvements to the process and equipment, participate on improvement teams,
  
• Turkish native, fluency in English - written and spoken,
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good team player,
