JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assisting the Leasing Manager on running the relations with the tenants having requests

Setting up meetings with the tenants regarding their performance, taking actions

Follow up of the retail market and new tenants opening stores in the malls

Preparing target list of the tenants for the perspective vacancies in the mall

Developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing tenants

Preparation of the Leasing Validation Forms

Preparing the monthly Accrual Reports

Assisting in preparation of letting, reletting, renewal and incentive budgets

Briefing the architectural team regarding the tenant changes in the plans

Communicating with the Legal team for the preparation of the lease contract andshop delivery process with the related departments

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Urban Planning or relevant studies from a reputable university

+3 years of experience in Leasing

Excellent command of English

Proficient in MS Office Applications and Microsoft CRM

Excellent follow-up and negotiation skills

Result oriented, analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
