QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/Economics and relevant areas.
• Min.3 years experience in foreign trade, preferably in Chemical industry.
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Pro-active and self-motivated, willing to take responsibility.
• Highly developed analytical skills, result and quality-oriented.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receiving the orders received through the sales team, entering the system and making them ready for shipment,
• To arrange and keep the necessary documents of the shipments subject to Foreign Trade,
• Foreign Trade, customs brokers, shipping, inspection, insurance, etc. to manage the transactions related to the companies and ensure, that the best service is provided under the most appropriate conditions,
• Conformity check in terms of price, maturity, risk and accuracy of material quantities of orders,
• Reporting regularly about all operations.
