QUALIFICATIONS

We seek for a “R&D Specialist” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Kerevitaş (part of Yildiz Holding) in Research & Development, in Bursa location with below qualifications;

• University degree in Food Engineering,
• Masters Degree in Food science or Chemistry/Chemical Engineering from reputable universities is a plus,
• Min 5 years of experience in the food sector, preferably in the baked products,
• Strong Project Management skills,
• Strong communication & influencing skills,
• Fluent in English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• With the given brief, finds the best tasting product across the globe and designs the ideal product by his/her culinary arts / gastronomy expertise.
• Follows the worldwide similar new launches / traditional products and conducts tastings with senior management in order to feed the innovation pipeline.
• Leads and implements Frozen Baked projects & working in groups across the business and independently coordinates and controls plant trials within the project timeline.
• Partners the Food Solutions channel where requires Chefmanship in their new projects.
