QUALIFICATIONS

We seek for a “R&D Specialist” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Kerevitaş (part of Yildiz Holding) in Research & Development, in Bursa location with below qualifications;

• University degree in Food Engineering,
• Masters Degree in Food science or Chemistry/Chemical Engineering from reputable universities is a plus,
• Min 5 years of experience in similar positions in food sector, preferably in dairy products,
• Strong Project Management skills,
• Strong Communication & Influencing Skills,
• Familiar with the food production processes,
• Preferably, having knowledge related to Turkish regulations and can easily adapt&implement the changes to TR and export countries,
• Fluent in English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Leads and implements Export projects & working in groups across the business and independently coordinates and controls plant trials within the project timeline.
• Regulatory lead for R&D, in contact with the Regulatory team and Export team. Following up the regulatory changes & requirements in Turkey and export countries. Implementing the changes by coordinating the necessary approvals on time.
• Partners the other R&D experts in their innovation / renovation / cost saving projects in the process development side where required.
• Composes the process flow diagrams & designs the new drawings with the Technical team and machine suppliers.
