QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast growing groups of Türkiye is looking for, “Export Manager” who will work in Kerevitaş.
· Bachelor's Degree in Management/Marketing/nternational Business or other related field,
· Minimum 8 years experience in Export in FMCG companies,
· Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills,
· Analytical minded, result oriented, self-drive, stress-resistant and good at teamwork,
· No obstacles for travelling and ability to organize multi trips at long distances with excellent time management and organization skills,
· Excellent command of written and spoken English and French.
· Developing new markets searching for new customers in FMCG sector,
· Create and enhance customer portfolio in export market especially in Europe and Africa Countries,
· Follow the dynamics of the industry and do market research,
· Sharing action plans for growing the impact on sales activities,
· Forecast all sales volume for related market and maintain knowledge on all product range,
· Analyze all new business opportunities to expand business and maintain an efficient portfolio,
· Recognise the customer needs and requirements and respond to them with appropriate solutions,
· Monitor weekly/monthly sales data and report to the management.
