HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

In your role as a Sales Trainee at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:

·         Maintaining working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service by carrying out regular store visits

·         Ensuring the achievement of the sales targets for the assigned territory

·         Acquiring new customers by seeking territorial opportunities

·         Communicating all activities agreed on head office level to stores to achieve implementation and compliance

·         Assuming responsibility for preparing and implementing an action plan to develop sales, profit and gain market share

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

·         Having a bachelor or master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field with successful academic record

·         Good command of computer knowledge and MS Office applications

·         Strong communication skills and good command of English language

·         Valid driving license and flexible for travelling

·         Competent in problem-solving, result oriented, excellent team player
