Katay Machinery Engineering Automotive Ind. Trade. Ltd. Co. was established in Istanbul in 2016. With the growing company structure and changes in the business profile, production activities started in December 2019 at the Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone.

In 2022, among all OSBs (Organized Industrial Zones) in Turkey, it ranked 5th in the category of companies that increased both their sales and exports the most.

Under the brand name DYNAWRAP, it designs and manufactures horizontal and vertical stretch film wrapping machines, pallet wrapping machines, bubble wrap, and mattress packaging machines. It exports 100% domestically produced machines to more than 50 countries on 4 continents.

Under the KATFlex brand, it offers self-adhesive floor coverings, paneling, technical insulation, and insulation solutions for automotive and rail system main manufacturers.

Required Qualifications :

• Graduated from a prestigious university.
• Graduated from one of the top universities engineering faculties.
  
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting; skilled in relevant software tools.
• Advanced proficiency in both verbal and written English and Turkish.
• Excellent MS Office skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel preferred.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong personal and organizational planning abilities.
• Effective time management skills; adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills through active listening, research, collaboration, risk-taking, and experiential learning; fostering diversity by encouraging others; embracing change.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of business ethics.

Job Description :

• Collaborating closely with senior management, fulfilling various roles within the company as per business requirements.
• Generating regular daily and weekly reports on store and product performance analysis.
• Conducting one-time reports such as market research and product-price analysis.
• Providing data-driven insights to senior management.
• Playing integral roles in significant operations like establishing stores in international markets and digitalization projects such as CRM system integration.
• Analyzing issues with a systemic approach, identifying and prioritizing strategic actions.
• Delivering presentations as needed.
