QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Established in 1982 by Mr. Haydar Atılgan, Kastaş is the leading manufacturer of industrial Sealing Technologies with over 600 employees. Through the years, Kastaş became the market leader in Turkey and accumulated a great know-how on Fluid Power Market. Owing to the market leadership and strong knowledge base on complete range of Hydraulic and Pneumatic sealing elements, the company became the global player empowered by its strategic approach to the wide range of industrial segments from the headquarters in Izmir, Turkey, European Distribution Center in Germany, sales and service partners all around the world assuring highest level of service and worldwide availability.

We are seeking an “International Regional Sales Executive” 

 

· Bachelor’s or a higher degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering,

· 3 - 5 years of sales management experience in the Industrial Equipment field, and 10 years of work experience,

· Proven sales achievement / track record in Export sales,

· Wide knowledge in exportation, customs and shipping standards and processes,

· Excellent command of written & verbal English,

· Good command of Chinese, Russian, German or French as a second language is an asset,

· Results-driven,

· Teamwork skills, being hardworking and solution-oriented way of thinking,

· Good inter-personal relations, strong communication skills for building relationships,

· Excellent analyzing, reporting and presentation skills,

· Strong skills in keeping track of work and high ability to conclude the work on time,

· Knowing negotiation tactics,

· Preferably SAP (MM & SD module) & CRM knowledge,

· Understanding and articulating basic business finance terms and the necessity for financial control,

· Good MS Office applications skills,

· Living in Izmir,

· Having no obstacles to travel abroad frequently,

· Having a class B driving license and being an active driver,

 

ROLE PROFILE

·       Drives the organization with Distributors, Partners or and OEM’s and reporting to the International Area Sales Manager.

·       Manages customer portfolio in the assigned region and territories, focuses on existing clients and new clients

·       Executes the evaluation and quotation process of RFQ’ s and project demands from existing and new customers in coordination with related departments, finalize the quotation with the convenient commercial conditions and technical specification.

·       Meets regional sales and financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual sales plan; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions,

·       Manages the Sales Support who follows up the orders, stock status, dispatching and payments of all the customers, monitors and organizes the sales process by working in coordination with planning, production and dispatching departments,

·       Identifies and involves in customer development activities such as trade show, fairs and exhibitions, conferences, trainings and enlarge customer portfolio by taking active role to find out new customers,

·       Prepares sales reports, business plans and reports for all current and potential business and reports status updates periodically,

·       Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
