Kariyer.net engineering unit needs a results-driven, analytical-thinking leader to manage our b2c software development units. The prospective leader needs to have experience in Microsoft and open source software development tech-stack.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other engineering
• Minimum 4 years of software development management experience,  with at least a team of 8 engineers.
• Experience in hiring tech talent (search, interview, short-listing, collaborating with HR people)
• Experience in working with Scrum.
• DevOps experience is a big plus.
• Software development background, minimum 6 years.
• Experience in development / management of web projects (and preferably also mobile applications
• Good command of English to research and learn new technologies

TECHNOLOGY / TOOLS

Experience with the following tech and tools is important, but we understand that it is quite difficult to find someone who is familiar with all of them. So, the more the merrier :)

• C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, web API, SQL
• Elasticsearch, Redis, RabbitMQ
• GitLab, JIRA, Confluence, Slack
• Jenkins, Octopus
