Sales Support Assistant Specialist

This is how you WOW:

? Working through with the company's policies, procedures, strategies and objectives

? Consolidating weekly / monthly/ yearly sales & stock reports which are obtained via B2B channels or

related departments and reporting to the sales manager or channel director

? Evaluating and reporting sales campaigns

? Preparing and analyzing monthly management reports and making presentations 

? Working with sales teams closely and if it is necessary, getting in touch with customers (support them

in the sales process)

? Using a CRM system for following up and controlling

? Creating documents that are related to Sales Department and following- up these documents with

sales teams

? Taking a role in sales enhanging activities

? Making contract management and following- up, if it is necessary, getting in touch with customers for

completing the documents

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

? At least having a Bachelor's Degree (preferably from Engineering, or Statistics) /BSc. degree in

Engineering, Statistics or related fields 

? Proficient in using MS Office Programs (advanced in Excel and Power Point)

? Having an analytical perspective in sales and able to work analytically,

? Good at using SAP & Analysis tools,

? Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields,

? Advanced level of written and spoken English,

? Strong negotiation, planning, communication and teamwork skills,
