We are looking for a “TECHNICAL TRAINING MANAGER” working in Powership Investments Management located in Yalova Shipyard location;

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Marine Engineering orMechanical Engineering. Master’s degree or professional qualification degree will be a plus,
• At least 10 years’ experience in Marine Maintenance Services,
• Preferably experienced as Technical Training Manager,
• Experienced in power generation for electrical energy or ship propulsions together with all auxiliary equipment’s and their systems,
• Experienced in the field of Operation and Maintenance of ship/power plant engines,
• Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal),
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite – MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
• Excellent communication, documentation skills,
• Good at being a team player and ability to work individually and decisive,
• Strong relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders,
• Strong organizational and time management skills,
• Very good at planning, reporting and analysis skills,
• Ability to perform in a complex cross-functional business environment,
• No travel restrictions.

İŞ TANIMI

In order to ensure technical and professional development of all Powership employees and to increase productivity by accurately identify the training needs of employees;

• To prepare the Annual Technical Training Plan of all Powership plants and make recommendations for developing training strategies,
• To make planning of technical and vocational trainings by analyzing educational needs,
• To identify different training needs by meeting with Plant Managers,
• Planning technical trainings by contacting external suppliers,
• To conduct technical orientation and other technical training of Powership employees (Prime Mover, Turbocharger, Chemicals, Auxilaries-Support Systems, Oil-Fuel Systems, Shift Systems),
• Organizing orientation training for employees,
• To introduce the corporate culture and philosophy in orientation processes,
• To prepare reports according to post-Education Evaluation,
• To conduct research on different educational methods andtechnologies and adapt them to trainings,
• To prepare online training content and carry out the assignmentof trainings,
• To prepare materials and presentations to be used in trainings,
• Preparation of tests and questionnaires to be carried out before, during and after trainings,
• To check the training budgets and present them on a monthlybasis,
• To be in constant contact with the relevant departments and keepthe development of the trainings permanent,
• To prepare and announce the monthly training bulletin.
