QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  •      Bachelor’s degree,
  •      5+ years’ experience in an administrative/management/personal assistant position in a large scaled company, supporting at the executive level
  • Experience in a demanding professional environment,
  •      Excellent command of spoken and written English, ability to perform accurate translations,
  •      Excellent use of MS Office (power point, excel etc.) tools,
  •      Advanced organizational and communication skills with attention to details and deadlines,
  •      Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, attention to detail, and follow-through skills,
  •      A dynamic personality with ability to focus on different subjects and maintain an effective follow up,
  •      Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
  •      Presentable,
  •      Being able to adapt to flexible working hours.

  •      Providing Personal/Executive support to high level managers,
  •      Ability to anticipate executives needs and assist to keep them on track with complex issues, often of a confidential nature,
  •      Being responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings, 
  •      Assisting Commercial Team executives with preparation of agendas of the meetings as needed (preparation, printing, binding, translation etc.),
  •      Coordinating, organizing, scheduling appointments, events, interviews, meetings, business travels, and/or similar activities, 
  •      Greeting, receiving, and guiding visitors (government officials, local partners, and expat executives),
  •      Effectively communicating with all parties in all levels internally and externally,
  •      Managing the signature process and supporting to commercial team in terms of modifying, sharing, and archiving official letters,
  •      Maintaining the travel process of the commercial team (visa, flight, accommodation, transfer etc.),
  •      Playing supportive role during bid process and enable to manage complexity of work and documentation,
  •      Preparing weekly / monthly travel report (Budget, destination, and time details).
