REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from related departments of Universities, preferably graduated from Mechanical Engineering Department,
  • Having 2 years of experience in export and customer management in similar sectors,
  • Having information about export, operation and customs legislation,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, speaking at least one of Arabic or Russian languages as a second language,
  • Have no obstacle to domestic and foreign travel,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
  • Having representation, communication, persuasion ability and customer-oriented,
  • Ability to think analytically and able to work in a team,
  • Advanced planning, coordination and follow-up skills,
  • Will be able to adapt to devoted, flexible working hours and intensive work tempo,
  • Having a valid driving license,
  • No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To visit foreign dealers and customers,
  • To strengthen relations with existing customers and find new business opportunities and customers,
  • To make market analysis and studies for the market in which it is responsible and research new markets,
  • To prepare accurate offers on the time according to customer demands,
  • To monitor and coordinate the production, shipment and collection processes from the sale of the product,
  • To follow up the export processes and documents,
  • To provide maximum support to dealers before and after sales,
  • To take care of the customers who come to visit the company, to accompany them during their travels,
  • To respond to the demands and questions from the customers about the materials we produce, to ensure customer satisfaction before and after sales,
  • To take an active role in national and international fairs and to represent the company,
  • To organize dealer and customer meetings,
  • To make weekly and monthly reports related to the region to management.
