Construction Manager

We are looking for a Construction Manager to to be assigned to the Natural Gas Expansion Project in Silivri of Kalyon Construction which is the one of the Holding group companies.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree from related Engineering departments
• At least 17 years of experience in the profession,
• At least 10 years of experience in energy, LNG, storage facilities project, refinery construction and commissioning processes,
• Experienced in plant construction, installation and maintenance / repair works,
• Advanced planning, organization and analytical thinking,
• To have expert knowledge on local and international procurement,
• Ms Office, Auto CAD, SAP, QDMS, MsProject programlarını etkin şekilde kullanabilen,
• Knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Fluency in written and spoken English,
• No military obligation for male candidates. 

Responsibilities;

• Performing the required field supervisor, following all the information, performing the necessary analyzes, conducting the results,
• Ability to coordinate site execution team and provide technical support, supervision, and direction.
• Oversee all on-site constructions to monitor in compliance with drawings, specifications and safety regulations.
• Comply with the project’s objectives and requirements in terms of quality control throughout its life cycle.
• Overseeing the construction work and takes action in advance.
• Will be a solution provider with superior communication skills.
