Kafile Gıda is part of an international group of companies which operates in KSA, England, Switzerland, Portugal and Japan in different business areas such as technology, construction, hospitality, cosmetics. The company is a major player in the agribusiness; specializing in the cultivation, production and trading of dates in Saudi Arabia as well as operating high density olive farm in Portugal.

We are looking for an E-Commerce / Social Media Specialist;

Working with the General manager, The E-Commerce / Social Media Specialist will develop and implement the company's comprehensive e-commerce, social media marketing strategy to increase sales, brand awareness, customer loyalty and other company goals and objectives. E-Commerce / Social Media Specialist will support and work closely with the external agencies, parties to seamlessly guide and deliver projects success and ongoing results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyse the company’s current e-commerce and social media applications and related content to recommend both strategic and tactical changes to improve brand presence and drive traffic volume.
• Implement site merchandising updates daily based on inventory ownership, marketing calendar, key launches, promotions and overall Merchandising Guidelines.
• Lead social media activations, including but not limited to cross-platform social media advertising, organic content creation and engagement, influencer marketing, sponsorship awareness and analytics reporting.
• Manage the day-to-day execution of social media strategy, including scheduling, posting, and community managing on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social platforms
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure accurate information on all items (product copy and specs etc.)
• Implement site merchandising updates daily based on inventory ownership, marketing calendar, key launches and overall Merchandising Guidelines.
• Analyzes potential problems with customer on-line activity, suggests alternatives, and gives direction as appropriate to resolve customer inquiries in an urgent and concise manner.
• Promote content through social advertising, monitoring monthly budgeting against ROIContinually evolve social media strategy to align with broader integrated marketing campaigns and goals
• Become a social media advocate for the Company, engaging in dialogues and working with Customer Service in answering questions where appropriate.

Minimum Requirements

Experience in e commerce and social media management for a business/organization, including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, YouTube and Instagram. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multi-task. Detail oriented with proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams. Must be computer literate, preferably in a Windows environment with familiarity with Web products and social media dashboards. Ability to think independently. Must have creative writing/original thinking abilities and able to write impactful content that resonate with each platform's target audience.

Education and Experience

A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications. Minimum of five (5) years' experience in e-commerce / a social media management role with proven successes in social media campaigns, paid social and influencer programs.
