Kadembas A.Ş. is offering a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as the Director of Sales. In this role, you will be assume full responsibility for building and the efficient operation of the Kitchen department which is located in Van, Edremit, Kadembas  to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.

As a pre-opening team member, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the exciting process of opening a high-profile cultural center in Van, Turkey. 

Key accountabilities include:

  • Offering professional, friendly, and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
  • Conducting daily shift briefings to kitchen colleagues
  • Managing inventories, pricing, cost controls, requisitioning and the issuing of supplies and equipment for food production
  • Ensuring menu costs accurately
  • Ensuring all kitchen colleagues are aware of standards & expectations
  • Liaise daily with the Outlet Manager to keep open lines of communication regarding guest feedback
  • Maintaining and enhance the food products through creative menu development and presentation
  • Maintaining cleanliness and proper rotation of product in chillers
  • Balancing operational, administrative and Colleague needs
  • Ensuring proper staffing and scheduling in accordance to productivity guidelines
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas and equipment
  • Following kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Following all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage


Qualifications:
  • The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
  • Previous leadership experience in the culinary field required
  • Event and banquet experience is an asset
  • Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills and knowledge in an additional language, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are essentials.
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

High School(Graduate), Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
