Turkey is operating as a sales office of multiple Kadant divisions who are in Italy, Holland, United Kingdom, France.

Who we look for;

We are looking for someone who is able to handle multiple responsibilities and has capacity to learn more when required. As an office working with only sales people, we need a person to support us from back office, mainly for order processes but not limited. You are going to  be responsible from administrative tasks and support.

Main activities:

• Follow-up complete order flow management; order entry, planning, paperworks, shipping, invoicing, payment,
  
• Coordination with production offices,
• Supporting quote preparation when necessary,
• Support on purchase process (only if required)
  
• Other supportive roles will be required (10% of time), such as purchase of promotional giveaways, business cards, basic marketing translations, etc.
  

Qualifications:

• Preferably female candidate, not a must,
• Experience in similar roles (sales support, inside sales, customer relations, assistant, accounting, import/export operations etc.)
  
• Ability to work independent and high level of self-dicipline,
  
• Able to take ownership of different tasks,
  
• High level of detail attention,
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills,
  
• Young, persistent, enthusiastic, quick learner, multitasking
  
• English writing: Good is must
  
• English speaking: Preferably fluent, not must.
