QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Engineering (Preferably Mechanical Engineering)
• Candidates who are about to be trained or with a maximum of 2 years of work experience. 
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong communication, drive for results, time management
• After Sales Services will also be assigned
• Internships and/or first job in related tasks preferably in industry
• Highly motivated and result oriented Professional
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and PC skills

JOB DESCRIPTION 

24-month, individually tailored Trainee program including regular workshops and interdisciplinary trainee projects

Diverse range of tasks in the operational area Day-to-day business

Targeted professional qualification and personal further training to take on responsible specialist and managerial tasks

Supervision and support from a mentor from the senior management team

Participation in JIG networking event
