 QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking a Warehouse Efficiency Specialist to join our Planning & Logistics team.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Led/supported operational efficiency projects by identifying/following up on opportunities, developing plans, and implementing changes to support the company’s objectives, Jotun Operations System and HSEQ Management System.

Responsibilities:

• Execute procedures and guidelines in compliance with local laws, regulations, ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001, JOS and Jotun’s HSEQ Management system,
• Following and analyzing the product and raw material warehouse processes and functions and ensuring their continuous development,
• Continuously monitoring and controlling the finished product stocks, keeping stocks at optimum level with related departments,
• Planning stock transfers between finished goods warehouses by controlling factory and external warehouse capacities,
• Ensuring that the products are taken from production, transported and stored properly,
• Tracking and managing returns as per Jotun procedures
• Leading monthly and year-end warehouse stock counting and reporting
• Responsible from stock reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Contributing to existing projects and developing new improvement projects across the Supply Chain and Operations function
• Preparing and coordinating the work plan of product and raw material warehouse team,
• Organize training sessions for employees (e.g. proper use of machines and handling of hazardous material),
• Ensuring the management of warehouse processes according to the procedures and preparing new procedures,
• Ensuring that goods acceptance, stocking and exit operations are carried out in accordance with the standards.

What we look for:

• University degree in Industrial Engineer, Logistics, Business Administration or relevant required,
• Min. 2 years of work experience, preferable in chemical manufacturing,
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking in English,
• Knowledge of production organization tools is a preference (5S, SMED etc.)
• Residing in side of Beylikdüzü, Silivri or Çerkezköy, Çorlu or Kapaklı.
