We are looking for a “Advisory Services Jr. Specialist” who will be part of JLL Turkey Advisory Services business and who will have the opportunity work for our prestigious and still growing projects.

We are looking for a highly ambitious and real estate driven team player to support our Strategic Advisory Services.

The key requirements and expected competencies are:

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree with an emphasis in real estate, urban planning, engineering, finance, business or economics
• Experience in real estate industry
• Good knowledge about zoning plans, market research and financial projections
• Strong  skills in MS Office Applications
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Turkish and English
• Eager to improve self and learn
• Motivated self-starter with a positive, energetic demeanor
• High level of personal and professional integrity and compliance with ethical standard
• Desire to succeed and learn in a demanding entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to work within teams

Job Description

• Visiting projects, clients and government agencies within the scope of the analysis of the real estate
• Asist market studies, market research and financial projections
• Asist in the drafting and completion of reports
