We're looking for a ''Corporate Marketing Specialist'' for our Corporate Marketing&Research Department.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Good level of written and verbal English
• Experience in Retail Sector is a plus,
• Previous experience of managing data collection and collation processes; data validation; time series data analysis, and the building of indices are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment
• Proactive, result oriented

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assisting the team leader in delivering and supervising the quarterly data updating process
• Capturing and tracking general market information on real estate developments and performance in Turkey
• Work on the filling process of the required data in asset databases
• Support the data strategy of the company and the transition processes of new systems
• Collection of data from various sources (eg telephone surveys, internet searches and field researches), on selected property markets as well as general macro-economic and demographic data
• Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text to required quality and deadlines
• Help to the creation of thoughtleadership documents and articles
• Ensure accuracy and validity of market data by developing, implementing and maintaining quality assurance measures
• Produce property metrics and indices to a predefined schedule for multiple real estate related sectors
• Be part of Digital marketing process
