Sales Engineer - HVAC Aftermarket Parts

What you will do
The Sales Engineer HVAC - Aftermarket Parts will be located in Istanbul and be responsible for driving the growth of FCU, AHU, Cooling Tower, chiller spare parts sales business for Aftermarket division. You will be concentrating on converting our current installation base business in Aftermarket, increasing our market share with new business customers in the region. 

As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate business from running HVAC installation base. 

How you will do it 

As an experienced Sales Professional, you have a complexity knowledge of central cooling systems like FCU, AHU, Cooling Tower, chiller. You will carry out site audits and suggest new ideas for product improvements to our existing customers or any new customer who has active installation base, you will offer them service solutions, sell spare parts, do manpower negotiation with the York customers. 

You are focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your territory growth. You will be focused on growing our Spare parts sales & pull thru business from the existing or new customers in Turkey. You exhibit your expertise by conducting surveys for PSA and related service and repairing works as well. 

What we look for 
Required 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or similar field 
• 2-3 years minimum experience in HVAC segment 
• Proficient in generating new business from running HVAC installation base and also generating new business 
• Determined, results driven, strong sales drive 
• Good computer literacy 
• Hunter sales skills 
• Driving License 

Preferred 

• Preferably sales experience of FCU, AHU, Cooling Tower, chiller spare parts sales
