ABOUT THE POSITION

AKSA Power Generation is looking for a BESS Investment Product Owner who has strong experience in that process.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• With no obstacle to work at the location of Aksa Power Generation Kavacık Office/Istanbul.
• Having a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering or a related departments.
• Having minimum 4 years experiences in electromechanical system assembly process like battery packs, power control units, video, tv sets, electromechanical components assembled in continuous assembly lines with automatic controls integrated with ERP and MES systems.
• Having an experience of green field production facility development (Construction, mechanical, electrical and architectural perspectives).
• Having an experience of MTM, determination of required man power and number of employees according to production tempos, simulated digital twin experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital systems, automation, image processing control, quality test systems.
• Willing to work with multinational project partners.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (Chines is plus).
• Having strong knowledge of MS Office Programs, design programs like Autocad. (Solidworks is plus)
• No restrictions on international travel and able and willing to spend some of his/her time in abroad for a while.
• Strong analytical approach and team player,
• Experienced in project management (Agile project management experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills.
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The key duties of the successful candidate are;

• Preparing and following the investment budget plans, CAPEX approvals.
• Following new production technologies and apply them to existing Technologies.
• To follow up green area project investments.
• Project, product assembly line design, installation and commissioning of energy storage systems.
• Identifying and tracking productivity opportunities.
• To contribute to feasibility studies for planned investments.
• To make preliminary preparations for the Technical Specifications according to data and demands.
• Examining the offers received according to the created specifications, showing all the data in a table and determining the differences/advantages.
• To draft, present and follow up a plan for annual investments.
