Maintenance and Utilities Manager

• Graduated from Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering Departments of preferably universities, 
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in maintenance operations and team management,
• Experienced in hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic, automation and energy management systems,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Knowledge of RCM and TPM maintenance philosophy ,
  
• Having excellent command of Autocad, Ms Office, and PLC,
• SAP PM and AutoCad knowledge is preferred,
• No military obligation for male candidates,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare periodical maintenance programs and ensure their implementation,
• Visual control of the enterprise on a daily basis, identifying problems and transferring them to related units,
• Monitoring of failures and downtimes and taking mitigation measures,
• Report faults that are seen during faults and stops to the relevant departments and ensure corrective measures are taken,
•  Analyze maintenance measurements, planning corrective actions and report,
• To follow up the technological developments and to carry out improvement works,
• Ensuring the availability of spare parts from the sub-industry,
• Managing and leading Maintenance Engineers/Technicians in the team,
• Perform cost reduction activities and Plant improvement,
• To prepare annual maintenance and utilities budget and to perform cost reduction studies,
• To prepare, implement and follow up projects for improvements that will reduce energy consumption in the field.
