Field Technician Manager

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (preferably automotive engineering)

-Minimum 3 years of technical experience in the commercial vehicles aftersales area

- Sophisticated customer relation and negotiation skills

- Ability to negotiate with dealers and customers in order to maintain the customer satisfaction

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal

- Good command of verbal  and written English

- Able to travel (preferably  E class driver license)

- Familiar with windows driven software programs

Job Description:

- Support for the assessmentof  warranty claims either in the field or by using the system according to the company policy

- Provide technical and administrative support to dealers

- Handling & solving the product and dealer related customer complaints received from Call Center and other communication channels

- Increase network technical capability by means of on-site training

- Auditing of dealers according to Iveco standards and preparing action plans

- Inspection of the potential epidemic failures and preparing report for the quality platform including with recommended solution

- Responsible for implementation and administration of recall campaigns in field

- Follow up the efficiency of technical improvements on field

- Customer visits both regular for fleets and in case of dissatisfaction occurrence due to the product or service quality
