We are looking for a "Senior Sales Executive" to join our “Sales” team with the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology)
8+ years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions
Minimum of 5 years experience in direct sales with quota of at lease 5 M USD Annually
Positive communication and interpersonal skills at a very high level and be self-motivated
Provides solutions to complex business problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
Developing, Validating, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities
Participates in contract negotiations through entire negotiation process proactively working with the customer defining contract terms and successfully closing the sale.
Sales Product Solution Knowledge
Experience selling to CXOs
Manages large work efforts as an individual contributor at a client or within Itelligence.
Understands Itelligence Technology offerings including supporting differentiation and value propositions
High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure
Strong facilitation and communication skills - both written and verbal
Team player of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character
Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to interface and negotiate with senior executives
|The primary purpose of the Senior Sales Executive is to achieve their overall revenue goal. In order to achieve this goal, the Senior Solution Sales Executive must create a complete territory business plan that generates at least 3x their quota in pipeline opportunity. The Senior Solution Sales Executive is responsible to identify and qualify opportunities, develop and drive strategy. The Senior Solution Sales Executive will develop an opportunity plan containing the value proposition for all of SAP's targeted line of business solutions (ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM, GRC, EPM, Business Intelligence, etc.) and services to potential customers & prospects in that territory. It is expected that the Senior Solution Sales Executive be adept at creating and nurturing executive relationships on their own while positioning the SAP executive team.|
