To join our growing organisation, we are currently seeking a“Quality Engineer'' with the following qualifications:

Quality Engineer

Preferred Candidates will have; 

·       Bachelor’s Degree in l Engineering from a reputable university,

·       Knowledge about global automotive OEM customer requirements for Toyota, PSA, Renault, 

·       Maximum 5 years of experience, 

·       Knowledge and experience of IATF 16949 and core tools APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and IMDS, Basic TPE and/or Textile materials knowledge is an asset, 

·       Good interpersonal and communication skills, effectively working with cross functional teams, Well organized, self-driven with strong attention to detail, as well as ability to perform under stress, Customer and result oriented, excellent planning, follow up and presentation skills, Analytical minded and proactive problem solving capabilities,

·       Fluent in English, verbal and written (Interviews will be conducted in English),

·       Advanced computer skills including MS Office applications, 

·       No restriction for travelling, domestically and internationally, 

·       Valid driving license class B, Active user, 

·       Residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul Asian side, 

·       No military obligation for male candidates, 

Job description:

·       Preparation of APQP Time Planning to fulfill customer requirements and project milestones,

·       Coordination, tracking, follow up and reporting of tasks with team members in accordance with APQP Planning, 

·       Attending conference calls and meetings with customers on technical aspects of the projects, preparation and reporting of meeting minutes, 

·       Continuously updating project documentation and planning according to current status,

·       Following up and utilizing customer specifications, standards and requirements, Preparation of Validation Test Plan for product approval and obtaining customer agreement on the tests to validate the product, 

·       Coordination of approval test realization on samples, evaluation of test results according to specifications, and reporting current product approval status to management, 

·       Preparation of PPAP documents for new products and uploading to customer portals, 

·       Creating quality assurance documentation for new products from project launch to process qualification, 

·       Conducting weekly project status meetings and continuously following up the open tasks, reporting to team members and management, 

·       Establishment of effective communication to ensure team members have all the necessary information.
