Purchasing Engineer, Çorlu

Responsibilities 

• Openning orders and following-up materials which are needed for production and new projecs
• Prepare & communicate forecast timely with suppliers
• Facilitate resolutions for backlogs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal customers.
• Searching and finding alternative suppliers
• Develop the list of certified and predetermined vendors in accordance to the local market conditions and update the list
• Follow and analyze the market data on purchasing 
• Update and follow the vendor contracts
• Review of inventory levels,recommend system adjustments while maintaining a low level of inventory.
• Generate Daily/montly performance reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering , business administration or relevant background
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar position required,
• Effectively communicate to Internal and External Customers
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken),
• Having adequate knowledge about ERP, Navision is an asset,
• Solid command of MS Office applications,
• Being team player and willing to work with others in an international environment,
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and strategic thinking skills,
• Organizational and time management skills,
• Having driver's License and eager to travel are required
• Living in or willing to relocate to Corlu
