Factory Manager - Çerkezköy/Tekirdağ

Our client is a well-known and growing manufacturing company in its industry. It is specialized in assembly systems and equipment with a wide product range. It produces its’ specialized products for national and international companies in automotive products, home appliances, heating and cooling, electrical, electronic, metal part manufacturing, cabin, advertising, windows industries sectors. Due to their expanding operation and production facilities in Tekirdag / Cerkezköy, we are looking for a ‘Factory Manager’.

The successful candidate will be responsible for Planning, Purchasing, Production & Facility Management Processes and act as a key member of the senior management team reporting to the General Manager.

The goal is to secure and improve the functionality of the business (especially production), to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities ;

• Managing sourcing, planning, and production activities in order to meet customer requirements and delivery times.
• Planning and implementing necessary measures to increase production capacity & efficiency and decreasing losses.
• Implementing of Production Management System and related software and applications (ERP etc.) and ensuring their functioning properly.
• Ensuring that all production equipment such as machinery, tool, and apparatus have been developed in accordance with the production needs.
• Checking that all machinery, molds, and other production equipment are kept in full functional operation, monitoring breakdown reporting, and periodic maintenance.
• Achieving result-oriented leadership by ensuring coordination and communication between all employees in the factory and other departments
• Planning and implementing the necessary preventive and remedial activities in human health, occupational safety, and environmental issues

Requirements;

• Proven experience as Factory Manager or the relevant role (Min.10 years experiences in similar fields)
• Experience in machining, cold forming with forging system
• Technical information about mold and equipment
• Knowledge in lean management techniques
• Experience in team management
• Having knowledge of reporting and performance/operation metrics

Qualifications;

• Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Degree
• Good command of English
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Experience in MS Office and ERP
